Merge Two PowerPoint Files

 

Merging two separate powerpoint files can save you a lot of time and also make your content look more professional. Let’s say you are presenting a business idea to a group of investors and they have to wait for some minutes before the second presentation gets back on after the first one finishes. If you want to learn how to merge your files and have a seamless and uninterrupted presentation?
 
  • Open one of the presentations, then click the Review tab

  • Click compare then browse and select the second presentation you want to combine. Click merge. The revisions checkbox opens to the left. On the revision checkbox, click on All slides inserted at this position

  • Click file and click Save as then type a file name and click Save to save the merged document
