Change the Orientation of your Presentation
The slides in PowerPoint are automatically designed in a horizontal or landscape layout. However, you can modify the slide orientation to vertical or portrait layout.
- Click on the Design tab

- In the Customize group towards the right end, click Custom Slide Size

- Click on Portrait in the dialog box of the Slide Size

- To make use of the available space, select Maximize In the subsequent dialog box. Also, you can click on Ensure Fit to ensure the presentation fits the page.

- In this way you will get any format in PowerPoint
