Replace fonts super fast


Who has not known this, when creating a larger PowerPoint presentation, more and more different fonts appear over time. At the end you actually want to show on all slides only a single font. What now? Manually click each text box and change the font? No! There is the following ingenious feature in PowerPoint:

 

  • Go to the start screen to the far right
 
  • In addition to the Search and Replace function, you will also find the great function "Replace Fonts ...". Click on the small arrow under the button Replace and then on Replace fonts ...

  • All fonts that appear in your presentation are now listed and can be replaced with a different font
