Licensing & Usage Rights

All PresentationBase templates are digital design assets protected by copyright. By purchasing or downloading a template, you agree to the license terms below. Our licenses are simple, transparent, and suitable for both individuals and businesses.

Standard License (Included with All Purchases)

The Standard License allows you to use templates for:

  • Unlimited personal projects
  • Unlimited commercial client projects
  • Internal company presentation
  • Full customization of fonts, colors, layouts, icons, and graphics

Important for Company Use

Under the Standard License, each person who edits or works with the template files requires their own license. One purchase equals one user. All employees may view or present exported files (PDF, PPTX, JPG), but editable template files may only be used by licensed team members.

Not Allowed Under the Standard License

  • Sharing or distributing the original editable files
  • Providing editable files to unlicensed team members
  • Uploading editable templates to shared company drives open to others
  • Reselling, redistributing, or claiming the templates as your own
  • Using templates to create a competing product or template shop

Extended License (For Teams & Agencies)

The Extended License is ideal for larger organizations, agencies, and training providers who need broader usage rights.

  • All permissions from the Standard License
  • Use by up to 20 team members
  • Use in paid workshops, trainings, or course materials (non-distributable)
  • Use in high-volume commercial campaigns

  • Replace fonts, images, icons, and colors
  • Export to PDF, PNG, MP4, or other formats
  • Use templates in both PowerPoint and Canva (if included)

What You Cannot Do

  • Resell or distribute editable files
  • Upload templates publicly online
  • Share editing files with unlicensed users
  • Use templates to create derivative template products

Why Licensing Matters

Licensing helps protect the work of our designers and ensures fair pricing for everyone. It also guarantees that you have legal permission to use and customize the templates in your presentations.
