Refund policy

Digital Downloads
All our products are delivered as digital downloads. Once your purchase is completed and the download link has been provided, the sale is final.
Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once the file has been accessed, downloaded, or otherwise delivered to you.

Refunds Before Download
If you have not yet accessed or downloaded the product, you may request a cancellation and full refund within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us at info@presentationbase.com with your order number and proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Files
If the file is corrupted, incomplete, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@presentationbase.com. We will promptly provide the correct file or a replacement download link at no extra cost.

EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, digital products are subject to a 14-day withdrawal period. However, this right expires once the download or streaming of the digital content has started, provided you have given your explicit consent and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right during checkout.
