Delivery Method
All products sold on PresentationBase.com are delivered digitally. No physical items will be shipped.

Delivery Time
After successful payment, your digital files will be available for immediate download. In most cases, this happens instantly. You will receive:

• A download link on the order confirmation page

• A confirmation email containing your download link

File Formats
Our products are provided in the file formats indicated on the product page (e.g. .PPTX for PowerPoint, .PDF, .XLSX, or .CANVA template link). Please ensure you have the necessary software to open and use the files.

Access & Download Issues
If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us at info@presentationbase.com. We will ensure you receive your purchased product as quickly as possible.

No Shipping Costs
Since delivery is digital, there are no shipping fees.
